摘　　要：目的探讨主成分分析法在医院医疗质量评估中的应用价值。方法选取2023年3月—2024年3月首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院运营情况数据源为研究对象,选取9个医疗质量代表性指标,分别为床位数、日均门诊人数、出院人数、床位使用率、平均住院日、病床周转次数、病情好转率、病死率、抢救成功率,对10个科室进行分析和评估。结果对主成分进行分析并提取3个主成分,代表医院医疗质量。前三名分别为妇产科、呼吸内科和心内科,后三名分别为骨科、肿瘤科、泌尿外科。结论通过分析医院相关数据,可全面了解医疗质量,评价效果较优,具有全面性、可行性等优点,可为医院管理者提供决策选择,实用价值较高。Objective To explore the application value of principal component analysis in hospital medical quality evaluation.Methods The data source of Beijing Ditan Hospital Capital Medical University from March 2023 to March 2024 was selected as the research object.Nine representative indicators of medical quality were selected,including the number of beds,the average number of outpatient visits per day,the number of discharged patients,the utilization rate of beds,the average length of stay,the number of bed turnovers,the rate of improvement,the mortality rate,and the success rate of rescue.Ten departments were analyzed and evaluated.Results The principal components were ana-lyzed and three principal components were extracted to represent the medical quality of the hospital.The top three were obstetrics and gynecology,respiratory medicine and cardiology,and the last three were orthopedics,oncology and urology.Conclusion By analyzing the relevant data of the hospital,we can have a comprehensive understanding of the quality of medical care.The evaluation effect is better,and it has the advantages of comprehensiveness and feasibility.It can provide decision-making choices for hospital managers and has high practical value.
