摘　　要：目的研究精细化管理手术室耗材过程中使用创新医用物资供应链物流管理模式的效果。方法选择2022年4月—2024年4月遵义市第一人民医院(遵义医科大学第三附属医院)的10名工作人员为研究对象,2022年4月—2023年4月为管理前(实施常规管理),2023年5月—2024年4月为管理后(在精细化管理手术室耗材过程中使用创新医用物资供应链物流管理模式),对比创新管理前后单台手术进行耗材管理所消耗的时间、手术室耗材质量相关指标、工作人员满意度。结果对比创新管理前,创新管理后的单台手术进行耗材管理所消耗的时间均明显更短,手术室耗材的质量相关指标均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。创新管理前工作人员满意度为60.00%(6/10),低于管理后的100.00%(10/10)。结论精细化管理手术室耗材过程中使用创新医用物资供应链物流管理模式的效果理想。Objective To study the effect of innovative medical supplies supply chain logistics management mode in the process of fine management of operating room consumables.Methods Ten staff members of the First People's Hospital of Zunyi City(the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University)from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.The time before the management was from April 2022 to April 2023(routine man-agement was used),and the time after the management was from May 2023 to April 2024(the innovative medical sup-plies supply chain logistics management model was used in the fine management of operating room consumables).Compared the time spent on consumable management in a single operation,the related indexes of operating room con-sumables quality and staff satisfaction before and after innovation management.Results Compared with before innova-tion management,the consumption time of consumables management in a single operation after innovation manage-ment was significantly shorter,and the quality related indicators of operating room consumables were significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of staff before innovation management was 60.00%(6/10),which was lower than that after innovation management(10/10).Conclusion The ef-fect of the innovative medical supplies supply chain logistics management mode in the process of fine management of operating room consumables is ideal.
