模拟技能培训联合临床实践技能训练应用于住院医师规范化培训中的效果

摘　　要：目的探究模拟技能培训联合临床实践技能训练应用于住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年5月重庆大学附属涪陵医院的40名住院医师为研究对象,以不同训练方法分为两组,每组20名。观察组予以模拟技能培训联合临床实践技能训练,对照组予以传统模式训练。比较两组考核成绩、教学满意度、岗位胜任力。结果观察组理论学习、实践操作、案例分析及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组教学满意度为95.00%(19/20),高于对照组70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05)。培训后,观察组岗位胜任力各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论模拟技能培训联合临床实践技能训练应用于住院医师规范化培训中具有显著效果,能提高临床医师的各项技能水平。Objective To explore the effect of combining simulation skills training with clinical practice skills training in standardized training for residents.Methods From May 2022 to May 2024,40 residents of Chongqing University Fuling Hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by different training methods,20 resi-dents in each group.The observation group was given simulated skill training combined with clinical practice skill training,and the control group was given traditional model training.The examination results,teaching satisfaction and post competency of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical study,practical operation,case analysis and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%(19/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05).After training,the scores of post competency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of simulated skill training combined with clinical practice skill training in standardized training for resident has significant effects,which can improve the various skill levels of clinical physicians.
