加强药房管理对药学服务质量的提升效果

摘  要:目的探讨加强药房管理针对药学服务质量的影响效果。方法选取2023年1—12月衡阳市第二人民医院药房的10名工作人员为研究对象,2023年1—6月为一般组,采用常规管理,2023年7—12月为分析组,采取加强药房管理。对比两组管理效果评分、差错事件发生率、工作人员对管理方法的满意度。结果分析组工作人员对管理的满意度高于一般组。分析组管理效果评分为(94.62±1.34)分,高于一般组的(89.65±1.27)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.512,P<0.001)。分析组共发生差错事件1例,一般组共发生差错事件4例。结论临床加强药房管理有利于提升整体药学服务质量,减少剂量差错、用药差错、数量差错的发生,使整体管理效果提高,促进患者提高工作人员对管理方法的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of strengthening pharmacy management on the quality of pharmaceutical service.Methods From January to December 2023,10 staff members in the Department of Pharmacy of Hengyang Second People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2023,they were the general group,and routine management was adopted.From July to December 2023,they were the analysis group,and strength-ening pharmacy management was adopted.The scores of management effect,the incidence of error events and the sat-isfaction of staff with management methods were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of the staff in the analysis group was higher than that in the general group.The management effect score of the analysis group was 94.62±1.34,higher than 89.65±1.27 of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.512,P<0.001).There were 1 case of error event in the analysis group and 4 cases of error events in the general group.Conclusion Strengthening pharmacy management in clinical pharmacy is conducive to improving the overall quality of pharmaceutical service,reducing the occurrence of dosage errors,medication errors and quantity errors,im-proving the overall management effect,and promoting patients to improve staff satisfaction with management methods.
