医院输血科管理中持续质量改进的运用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析医院输血科管理中持续质量改进的运用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月青海省妇女儿童医院输血科的6名医护人员为研究对象,按照科室时间线节点和管理模式的不同分成参照组(2021年1—12月实施常规管理)和研究组(2022年1—12月实施持续质量改进管理)。评价不同管理模式下两组医护人员的管理质量评分、输血质量评分。结果研究组各项管理质量(无菌操作、血型鉴定、血液质检、操作技能)评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组血型定型评分为(96.39±2.45)分,交叉配血评分为(94.23±3.56)分,收发血液评分为(97.51±2.38)分,明显高于参照组的(90.26±3.77)分、(88.35±4.62)分、(92.66±3.69)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.527、11.478、12.579,P均<0.05)。结论实施持续质量改进管理可提高医院输血科医护人员的管理质量评分和输血质量评分,有利于医院输血科工作的开展。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement in the management of hospital blood transfusion department.Methods Six medical staff in the Blood Transfusion Department of Qinghai Provinve Women and Children's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the different time line nodes and management modes of the department,they were divided into the reference group(from January to December 2021,routine management was implemented)and the study group(from January to December 2022,continuous quality improvement management was implemented).The management quality scores and blood transfusion quality scores of the two groups of medical staff under different management modes were evaluated.Re-sults The management quality(aseptic operation,blood type identification,blood quality inspection,operation skills)scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The blood group setting score of the study group was 96.39±2.45,the cross matching score was 94.23±3.56,and the sending and receiving blood score was 97.51±2.38,which were significantly higher than 90.26±3.77,88.35±4.62,and 92.66±3.69 of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=15.527,11.478,12.579,all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement management can im-prove the management quality score and blood transfusion quality score of medical staff in hospital blood transfusion department,which is conducive to the development of hospital blood transfusion department.
