摘　　要：目的分析在外科护理管理中应用层级护理管理模式的价值。方法选取2023年6月—2024年5月平邑县人民医院26名外科护理人员为研究对象。按管理模式的不同分为两组,2023年6—11月行基础护理管理为基础组,2023年12月—2024年5月行层级护理管理为层级组,两组护理人员均为同一批工作人员。比较两组护理管理质量、满意率、护理技能,并统计安全事件。结果层级组各项外科护理管理质量评分均高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。层级组满意率为100.00%(26/26),高于基础组的80.77%(21/26),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。层级组理论和实践技能考核成绩高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。层级组并未出现护理差错事件,仅有1例意外事件,基础组有4例护理差错事件,有6例意外事件。结论层级护理管理模式能使科室管理质量得到大幅度的提高,有利于增强外科护理人员的技能,防范护理差错事件,提升管理满意率。Objective To analyze the value of applying hierarchical nursing management model in surgical nursing management.Methods From June 2023 to May 2024,a total of 26 surgical nurses in the People's Hospital of Pingyi County were selected as the research objects.According to the different management modes,they were divided into two groups.The basic nursing management from June to November 2023 was the basic group,and the hierarchical nursing management from December 2023 to May 2024 was the hierarchical group.The two groups of nursing staff were the same staff.The quality of nursing management,satisfaction rate and nursing skills of the two groups were compared,and the safety incidents were counted.Results The scores of surgical nursing management in the hierarchi-cal group were higher than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the hierarchical group was 100.00%(26/26)which was higher than that 80.77%(21/26)of the ba-sic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical and practical skill test scores of the hierarchical group were higher than those of the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no nursing error event in the hierarchical group,only 1 accident event.There were 4 nursing error events and 6 accidents in the basic group.Conclusion The hierarchical nursing management mode can greatly im-prove the management quality of the department,which is conducive to enhancing the skills of surgical nursing staff,preventing nursing errors,and improving the management satisfaction rate.
