摘 要:目的分析结核科室护理管理中实施人文关怀干预模式的价值。方法选取2023年7月—2024年6月平邑县结核病防治所的25名结核科护士为研究对象。按管理模式的不同分为两组,2023年7—12月实施传统管理模式,为传统组;2024年1—6月实施人文关怀模式,为关怀组。两组护理人员为同一批工作人员。比较两组管理质量、管理效果、护士理论和实践技能、管理满意度。结果关怀组各项管理质量评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。关怀组各项管理效果评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。关怀组实践和理论技能评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。关怀组管理满意度为96.00%(24/25),高于传统组的72.00%(18/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05)。结论人文关怀方案下能增强护士技能,提升结核科管理质量,也能加深护士对科室管理的认知,管理满意度高。Objective To analyze the value of humanistic care mode in nursing management of tuberculosis depart-ment.Methods From July 2023 to June 2024,a total of 25 tuberculosis nurses in Pingyi County Tuberculosis Preven-tion and Control Institute were selected as the research objects.According to the different management modes,they were divided into two groups.From July to December 2023,traditional management was implemented as the tradi-tional group.From January to June 2024,the humanistic care mode was implemented as the care group.The two groups of nursing staff were the same staff.The management quality,management effect,nurses'theoretical and practi-cal skills,and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The management quality scores of the care group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The scores of management effect of the care group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of practical and theoretical skills in the care group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the care group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than 72.00%(18/25)of the tra-ditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care program can enhance nurses'skills,improve the quality of tuberculosis department management,and also deepen nurses'cognition of department management,with high management satisfaction.
