基于精益管理的放射科工作流程优化研究

摘　　要：目的探究基于精益管理的放射科工作流程优化方法及效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月浠水县人民医院放射科20名医务人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月实施常规管理为管理前,2023年1—12月实施精益管理为管理后,对比管理前后的工作人员对管理的满意度、辐射安全管理质量评分、安全文化认知评分变化。结果管理后,工作人员对管理的满意度为95.00%(19/20),明显高于管理前的60.00%(12/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.025,P<0.05)。管理后辐射安全管理质量评分、安全文化认知评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在放射科工作流程优化中实施精益管理,能提高管理质量水平。Objective To explore the optimization methods and effects of radiology workflow based on lean manage-ment.Methods Twenty medical staff in the Department of Radiology of Xishui County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The implementation of conventional management from January to December 2022 was before management,the implementation of lean management from January to Decem-ber 2023 was after management,the study was conducted.The changes of staff's satisfaction with management,radia-tion safety management quality score and safety culture cognition score before and after management were compared.Results After management,staff satisfaction with management was 95.00%(19/20),which was significantly higher than 60.00%(12/20)before management,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.025,P<0.05).The ra-diation safety management quality score and safety culture cognition score after management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing lean management in the optimization of radiology workflow can improve the level of management quality.
