摘　　要：目的分析风险管理在妇产科护理管理中应用的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月普宁市中医医院妇产科工作的28名护理人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月实施常规管理,设为常规组;2023年1—12月实施风险管理,设为研究组。两组均为同一批护理人员,比较两组护理质量、护理能力及对管理模式的满意度评分。结果研究组护理质量评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组管理内容评分(97.02±0.51)分、管理方式评分(97.14±0.52)分、管理程度评分(97.24±0.55)分、管理效果评分分(97.36±0.58)分,均高于常规组(95.02±0.42)分、(95.36±0.34)分、(95.14±0.44)分、(95.56±0.47)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.018、15.160、15.777、12.759,P均<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理管理中应用风险管理模式,可有效提升护理质量和护理人员的专业能力,确保护理工作有效开展,同时满足护理人员对护理管理的需求,调动护理人员工作积极性,服从管理,配合管理,确保护理管理工作有效开展。Objective To analyze the effect of risk management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,a total of 28 nurses working in Department of Obstetrics and Gyne-cology of Puning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.From January to De-cember 2022,routine management was implemented and set as routine group.From January to December 2023,risk management was implemented and set as a study group.The two groups were the same group of nursing staff.The scores of nursing quality,nursing ability and satisfaction of management mode were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of nursing ability in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management content score of the study group was 97.02±0.51,the management mode score was 97.14±0.52,the management degree score was 97.24±0.55,and the management effect score was 97.36±0.58,which were higher than those scores of the routine group 95.02±0.42,95.36±0.34,95.14±0.44,95.56±0.47,and the differences were statistically significant(t=16.018,15.160,15.777,12.759,all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management mode in obstetrics and gynecology nurs-ing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing and the professional ability of nursing staff,ensure the effective development of nursing work,meet the needs of nursing staff for nursing management,mobilize the enthusi-asm of nursing staff,obey management,cooperate with management,and ensure the effective development of nursing management.
