层级管理制度对普外科护理人员工作质量及职业倦怠感的影响探究

摘　　要：目的探究层级管理制度对普外科护理人员工作质量及职业倦怠感的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月于京山市人民医院普外科工作的15名护理人员为研究对象。2022年1—12月实施传统护理管理模式,设为传统组;2023年1—12月实施基于层级管理制度的管理模式,设为探究组。两组为同一批护理人员,比较两组工作质量评分、职业倦怠感评分、心理健康评分。结果探究组各项工作质量评分、心理健康评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组情感耗竭评分为(1.36±0.17)分、去人格化评分为(1.66±0.19)分,均低于传统组的(3.08±0.10)分、(3.12±0.13)分,探究组个人成就感评分为(5.12±0.07)分,高于传统组的(3.89±0.79)分,差异有统计学意义(t=33.775、24.562、6.007,P均<0.05)。结论层级管理制度能够显著提升普外科护理人员的工作质量,减轻其职业倦怠感,并对其心理健康产生积极影响。Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management system on the quality of work and job burnout of nurses in general surgery department.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,a total of 15 nursing staff working in the Department of General Surgery of People's Hospital of Jingshan were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,the traditional nursing management mode was implemented and set as the traditional group;from January to December 2023,the management mode based on hierarchical management system was imple-mented and set as the inquiry group.The two groups were the same group of nursing staff.The work quality scores,job burnout scores,and mental health scores were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of work quality and mental health in the inquiry group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).The emotional exhaustion score of the inquiry group was 1.36±0.17,and the deperson-alization score was 1.66±0.19,which were lower than 3.08±0.10 and 3.12±0.13 of the traditional group,the personal accomplishment score was 5.12±0.07,which was higher than 3.89±0.79 of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=33.775,24.562,6.007,all P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management system can significantly improve the quality of work of general surgery nursing staff,reduce their job burnout,and have a posi-tive impact on their mental health.
