摘　　要：为了满足高质量、精准地对孕产妇进行整个孕产周期健康管理的需要,通过“互联网+医疗”技术设计并构建了面向孕产妇的精准健康管理平台系统。平台的建成实现了以孕产妇为中心的孕产周期全流程管理,促进了科室间高效协作,完成了对孕期高风险人群的精准健康管理。在优化孕产妇健康管理体验的同时,拓展了医院医疗服务范围,提升了医院孕产妇健康服务质量。Objective In order to meet the needs of high-quality and accurate health management for pregnant women throughout the pregnancy and childbirth cycle,a platform system for accurate health management for pregnant women was designed and built through the technology of"Internet+Medical treatment".It has realized the whole-process management of diagnosis,treatment and health care centered on pregnant women,promoted efficient collaboration among departments,and completed precise health management for high-risk pregnant women.While optimizing the experience of maternal health management,expanded the scope of hospital medical services,and improved the level of maternal and child health services.
