摘 要:乒乓球作为中国的国球,对运动员的技艺、反应速度和体能有着极高要求。科学有效的体能训练对于提升运动员表现至关重要。该文通过实践探索,分析了高校乒乓球运动员体能训练的现状,并提出了有效的训练方法和改进措施。研究强调了体能训练与伤病预防的紧密联系,以及在运动员职业生涯中的长期效益。提出了构建基础体能训练模块、制定专项体能训练计划和实施恢复与再生训练策略的具体方法。研究认为,高校乒乓球运动员的体能训练应注重个性化和科学化,充分利用现代科技手段,并通过跨学科合作全面提升运动员的身体素质、技术熟练度、心理韧性及比赛表现。As China's national sport,table tennis has extremely high requirements for players'skills,reaction speed,and physical fitness.Scientific and effective physical training is crucial for improving players'performance.This article explores the current situation of physical training for college table tennis players through practical exploration,and proposes effective training methods and improvement measures.The research emphasizes the close connection between physical training and injury prevention,as well as the long-term benefits in players'professional careers.It suggests that the physical training of college Table tennis players should focus on personalization and scientificity,fully utilize modern technological means,and comprehensively improve their physical fitness,technical proficiency,psychological resilience,and competition performance through interdisciplinary cooperation.
