摘　　要：2024年巴黎奥运会上,我国选手郑钦文一举夺冠,为我国网球运动的发展起到了推动作用,也激起了人们对于网球这门运动的激情。但是网球运动入门相对较慢,且对于运动员的综合身体素质要求较高,由于运动幅度和强度较大,很容易造成运动损伤,因此,初学者如何正确选择球拍显得尤为重要。该文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,在借鉴国内外初学者选择球拍的基础之上,针对我国网球初学者选择球拍的困境,从球拍的参数、材质以及初学者的个人特征入手,以期为网球初学者选择球拍提供指南。In the 2024 Paris Olympics,Chinese athlete Zheng Qinwen won the championship,has promoted the development of tennis in China,which has aroused people's interest in tennis and has been involved in tennis.However,the elementary stage of tennis is relatively slow and the comprehensive physical quality of athletes is high.Because the large range and intensity of sports is easy to cause sports injury,so how to choose the racket correctly is particularly important for beginners.By using methods such as Literature Review,Logic Analysis,based on the selection of beginners at home and abroad,this article addresses the dilemma of the selection of tennis rackets in China,starting with the parameters,the material and the personal characteristics of beginners,hoping to provide a guide for tennis beginners to choose rackets.
