警察院校学生体能训练现状、问题及提升策略研究——以南京警察学院为例

摘　　要：警察院校学生体能训练包含我国警察队伍的身体素质、反应速度、应急能力等多项素质的综合培养,由于警察队伍的特殊性,体能训练对警察院校各专业人才技战术的培养有积极的促进作用。南京警察学院历来重视体能训练课程,在这一板块已有悠久的教学历史和丰富的教学成效。为更好地推动体能训练在警察院校学生人才培养方面的作用与价值,该研究以南京警察学院体能训练课程为研究案例,运用文献资料、实证访谈、数理统计等研究方法,全面分析当下体能训练课程教学的现状、存在问题,并提出对标实战应用、增加学习课时、加强课程监督等提升对策,积极推动警察院校体能训练教学的改革与发展。The physical training of police academy students includes the comprehensive training of many qualities such as physical quality,response speed and emergency ability of China's police force.Due to the particularity of the police team,physical training plays an active role in promoting the technical and tactical training of professionals in police academies.Nanjing Police University has always attached great importance to physical training courses,which has a long teaching history and rich teaching achievements in this area.In order to better promote the role and value of physical training in the training of police academy students,this article takes the physical training courses of Nanjing Police University as a case study to comprehensively analyzes the current teaching status and existing problems of physical training courses by using research methods such as Literature Review,Empirical Interviews and Mathematical Statistics,and puts forward improvement countermeasures such as benchmarking practical application,increasing learning hours and strengthening course supervision,so as to actively promote the reform and development of physical training teaching in police academies.
