摘 要:随着我国教育体制改革的不断深入,地方政府部门和各大高校对于体育教学的重视程度不断提升,体育教学工作已经成为高校培养高质量复合型人才的重要教学内容之一。拓展训练通常利用崇山峻岭、瀚海大川等自然环境,设置贴近自然的训练活动,使受训者能够充分感受体育锻炼的乐趣和大自然的鬼斧神工,增加受训者在训练过程中的快乐能量,从而使其以更加积极的心态参与到下一阶段中,为受训者日后的生活与职业发展打下坚实的身体素质基础。同理,将拓展训练应用到高校体育教学中,能够有效提升体育教学工作的效率和质量,推动高校人才培养事业的长久、高质量发展。基于此,该文从当前我国高校体育教学角度出发,首先对高校体育教学中应用拓展训练的可行性与价值进行分析,其次指出拓展训练应用在高校体育教学中存在的问题,最后根据现存问题及我国大部分高校体育教学的现实状况提出有针对性的解决对策,以此希望拓展训练的应用价值能够在高校体育教学中得到更好体现。With the continuous deepening of China's education system reform,local government departments and major universities have attached increasing importance to Physical Education(PE)teaching.PE teaching has become one of the important teaching contents for universities to cultivate high-quality composite talents.Outward bound usually utilizes natural environments such as towering mountains,vast seas,and rivers,to set up training activities that are close to nature,so that trainees can fully experience the joy of physical exercise and the amazing craftsmanship of nature,increasing their joyful energy during the training process,and enabling them to participate in the next stage with a more positive attitude,laying a solid physical foundation for their future life and career development.Similarly,applying outward bound to college PE teaching can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of PE teaching,and promote the long-term and high-quality development of talent cultivation in universities.Based on this,this article starts from the perspective of current PE teaching in Chinese universities.Firstly,it analyzes the feasibility and value of applying outward bound in college PE teaching.Secondly,it points out the problems existing in the application of outward bound in college PE teaching.Finally,based on the existing problems and the actual situation of PE teaching in most universities in China,targeted solutions are proposed,hoping that the application value of outward bound can be better reflected in college PE teaching.
