摘 要:该文以云南省某高校为例,探讨了体医融合背景下高校体质弱势群体公共体育课的教学现状及发展策略。研究发现,体质弱势学生人数逐年上升,主要分为疾病、病(伤)后恢复期、残疾、肥胖或体弱4类,参与体育活动的主要动机为增强体质、促进健康和心理调节。为提升教学质量,建议采用阶段性教学策略、构建个性化评价体系、加强师资培养、升级硬件设施等措施,提升教学质量,促进学生身心健康和社会适应能力发展,最终实现教育公平和全民健康的目标。This article takes a university in Yunnan province as an example to explore the teaching status and development strategies of public physical education courses for physically disadvantaged groups in universities under the background of physical education and medical integration.Research has found that the number of physically disadvantaged students has been increasing year by year,mainly divided into four categories:illness,recovery period after illness(injury),disability,obesity or weakness.The main motivations for participating in sports activities are to enhance physical fitness,promote health and psychological regulation.To improve teaching quality,it is recommended to adopt phased teaching strategies,construct personalized evaluation systems,strengthen teacher training,upgrade hardware facilities and other measures to enhance teaching quality,promote students'physical and mental health and social adaptability development,and ultimately achieve the goals of educational equity and national health.
