摘　　要：乡村女性同属农民群体,其身心健康对推动美丽乡村建设意义重大。该文运用文献资料法、实地考察法等方法,以宣城市美丽乡村建设代表性试点——黄渡乡为例,对美丽乡村建设中成年女性的体育行为进行研究。了解乡村女性体育行为的特点及其发展规律,能促进乡村女性良好体育行为的形成,为乡村女性广泛、持久、有效地参加体育活动提供理论依据和实践参考,实现美丽乡村建设发展成果共享的目标。Rural women belong to the peasants,and their physical and mental health is of great significance in promoting the construction of beautiful countryside.This article uses methods such as Literature Review and Field Investigation to study the sports behavior of adult women in the construction of beautiful rural areas,taking Huangdu Township,a representative pilot of beautiful rural construction in Xuancheng City as an example.Understanding the characteristics and development laws of rural women's sports behavior can promote the formation of good sports behavior among rural women,provide theoretical basis and practical reference for rural women to participate in sports activities widely,persistently,and effectively,and achieve the goal of sharing the development achievements of beautiful rural construction.
