摘 要:目的:探讨睡眠健康教育联合自助式正念减压训练对围绝经期失眠患者的影响。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法,选取2021年4月1日~2023年10月31日治疗的80例围绝经期失眠患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各40例,对照组采取睡眠健康教育进行治疗,研究组在此基础上联合采取自助式正念减压训练,两组均治疗4周;比较两组阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)之间的差异。结果:干预后,两组AIS、HAMA、HAMD评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组GQOLI-74评分高于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在围绝经期失眠患者治疗中采取睡眠健康教育联合自助式正念减压训练,可改善患者的负性情绪,减轻失眠症状,提升生命质量。Objective:To explore the effect of sleep health education combined with self-help mindfulness-based stress reduction training on perimenopausal patients with insomnia.Methods:A total of 80 perimenopausal patients with insomnia,treated from April 1,2021 to October 31,2023,were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sleep health education,and the study group was provided self-help mindfulness-based stress reduction training on the basis of sleep health education,and the intervention lasted 4 weeks in both groups.The scores of Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and General Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of AIS,HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the study group were lower than in the control group(P<0.01).The GQOLI-74 scores of the two groups were higher after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the GQOLI-74 scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Sleep health education combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training in the treatment of perimenopausal patients with insomnia can alleviate the negative emotions,reduce the symptoms of insomnia and improve the quality of life of the patients.
