摘　　要：目的 分析某院采取药学干预措施前后培美曲塞二钠联合铂类在非小细胞肺癌合理用药情况变化,指导临床合理使用。方法 以回顾性方法进行研究,分成干预前和干预后各50例,分别从用法用量、配置、用药适应证、给药顺序、给药预处理、溶媒选择、药物相互作用等方面进行分析评估。结果 干预后,在联合用药、预处理、止吐方案的选择以及化疗药物给药顺序等方面不合理使用率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预后,叶酸、维生素B12、地塞米松单药未处理情况及叶酸、地塞米松单药不规范处理情况均明显低于干预前(P <0.05)结论 采取药学干预措施能提高培美曲塞二钠联合铂类用药合理性率,并能改善患者的用药依从性和确保用药的安全性。Objective To analyze the changes in rational drug use of pemetrexed disodium and platinum in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)before and after pharmaceutical intervention and to guide rational clinical use.Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted with 50 cases in the pre-intervention group and 50 cases in the post-intervention group.Analysis and assessment were conducted across multiple aspects,including dosage and administration,indications for drug use,preparation,sequence of drug administration,pre-treatment procedures,selection of solvents,and drug interactions.Results After intervention,the rates of unreasonable drug combination use,pretreatment,and selection of antiemetic regimens were significantly reduced compared to before intervention(P<0.05).The occurrence of improper folic acid,vitamin B12,and dexamethasone monotherapy or improper combined therapy was also significantly lower after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion.Pharmaceutical interventions improve the rationality of pemetrexed disodium and platinum drug combination use and enhance patient compliance and drug safety.
