MTM药学门诊服务在老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探究药物治疗管理(MTM)药学门诊服务在老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年3月至2023年9月广东省佛山市南海区第七人民医院收治的老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机对照原则分为常规组和MTM组,各41例,常规组予以常规用药指导,MTM组开展MTM药学门诊服务。比较2组干预前及干预3个月后血压、血糖、服药依从性及生活质量,干预3个月后血糖和血压控制达标率。结果 与干预前比较,2组患者干预3个月后的服药依从性增加、生活质量评分升高,且MTM组均高于常规组(均P <0.05);干预3个月后,2组血压、空腹血糖及糖负荷2 h血糖均下降,且MTM组均低于常规组(均P <0.05);干预3个月后MTM组患者血压和血糖控制达标率均高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论 在老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者中开展MTM药学门诊服务,可以显著提高患者服药依从性,改善其血压、血糖水平,提高其血压及血糖达标率,改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of MTM pharmaceutical outpatient service in elderly patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to September 2023 were enrolled.According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into a routine group and an MTM group,with 41 cases in each group.The routine group was provided with routine medication guidance,and the MTM group was provided with MTM pharmaceutical outpatient service.Differences in blood pressure,blood glucose,medication compliance,and quality of life were compared between the two groups before intervention and 3 months after intervention,as well as the rates of blood glucose and blood pressure control after 3 months of intervention.Results Compared with before intervention,medication compliance and quality of life scores in both groups increased after 3 months of intervention,and the MTM group was significantly higher than the routine group(P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,and glucose loading 2-hour blood glucose in both groups decreased compared with before intervention,and the MTM group was significantly lower than the routine group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the blood pressure and blood glucose compliance rates in the MTM group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion MTM pharmacy outpatient service can significantly improve the medication compliance of elderly patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes,reduce blood pressure and blood glucose levels,increase the rates of blood pressure and blood glucose compliance,and improve patients'quality of life.
