加减神效瓜蒌散联合扶阳罐治疗乳腺良性疾病的疗效及对CD34和α-SMA的干预作用

摘　　要：目的探究加减神效瓜蒌散配合扶阳罐治疗乳腺良性疾病的疗效及时造血祖细胞抗原CD34和α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的干预作用。方法选择广西壮族自治区梧州市中医医院2022年1月至2024年12月符合纳入标准的90例乳腺良性疾病患者,随机分成3组,每组30例。治疗组予加减神效瓜蒌散联合扶阳罐,对照A组予口服托瑞米芬,对照B组予口服乳块消颗粒。比较3组的疗效,以及治疗前后CD34和α-SMA的水平变化。结果治疗组有效率为86.7%,优于对照A、B组,疼痛比例有所降低;治疗组CD34表达水平显著高于对照A、B组(均P<0.05),α-SMA表达水平显著低于对照A、B组(均P<0.05)。结论加减神效瓜蒌散联合扶阳罐治疗乳腺良性疾病具有良好的疗效,值得临床参考和推广。Objective To explore the intervention effect of modified Gualou powder combined with Fuyang cupping on CD34(hematopoietic progenitor cell antigen CD34)andα-SMA(α-smooth muscle actin)in the treatment of benign breast diseases.Method Ninety patients with benign breast diseases who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from Jan 2022 to Dec 2024 were enrolled,divided into three groups(30 cases per group:treatment group modified Gualou powder combined with Fuyang cupping;control group A oral Toremifen;control group B oral Rukuaixiao Granules).The therapeutic effects were compared among these three groups,dynamic changes of CD34 andα-SMA were observed.Result The overall effective rate of the combination of modified Gualou powder combined with Fuyang cupping reached 86.7%,significantly higher than that in control groups A and B,with reduced pain proportion.The expression level of CD34 was significantly higher in the treatment group compared to the other two groups(P<0.05),while the expression level ofα-SMA was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Gualou powder combined with Fuyang cupping demonstrated significant efficacy in the treatment of benign breast diseases,and is worth clinical reference and promotion.
