摘 要:蕉岭县供水灌溉能力不足严重制约了发展,根据水利普查成果及灌区的历史建设和问题现状,在对灌区的用水需求和水土平衡进行供需平衡分析后,提出中型灌区内的农田水利工程进行全线段维修整治、小型灌区的泵站改造和渠系续建配套改造为重点,兼顾东西部进行高效节水灌区滴灌喷灌规划、新建排水工程堑垣电排站和上村电排站的规划思路,充分发挥中小型灌区工程的灌溉效益。建立健全农田水利灌区信息化、智能化、现代化管理制度。The insufficient water supply and irrigation capacity in Jiaoling County seriously restricts its development.Based on the results of the water conservancy census and the historical construction and current problems of the irrigation area,this paper conducts a supply-demand balance analysis on the water demand and soil water balance of the irrigation area.It proposes to focus on the maintenance and renovation of the entire section of farmland water conservancy projects in medium-sized irrigation areas,the renovation of pump stations in small irrigation areas,and the continuous construction and supporting renovation of canal systems.It also takes into account the planning of efficient water-saving irrigation areas for drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation in the east and west,as well as the planning ideas of building new drainage engineering ditch electric drainage stations and Shangcun electric drainage stations,fully leveraging the irrigation benefits of small and medium-sized irrigation projects.At the same time,an information-based,intelligent,and modern management system for agricultural water conservancy and irrigation areas has been established and improved.
