摘 要:规划水资源论证作为国家节水型社会建设的重点工作之一,为满足各类产业园区发展用水需求,优化园区水资源配置,通过科学合理的方法,对产业园区发展的需水要求进行规划,使水资源各项配置互相协调。以安阳高新技术产业园区为例,深入分析产业园区需水结构,采用3种不同的方法进行需水量预测,并通过预测结果合理性分析,确定在园区规划水资源论证中最为可靠的需水预测方法。综合分析可得:采用定额法最为符合园区规划发展用水的配置要求,园区规划至2030年需水规模为515×10^(4) m^(3)/a,规划至2040年需水规模为917×10^(4) m^(3)/a。Planning water resource demonstration is one of the key tasks in the construction of a water-saving society in China.It mainly aims to meet the water demand for the development of various industrial parks,optimize the allocation of water resources in the parks,and plan the water requirements for the development of industrial parks through scientific and reasonable methods,so as to coordinate the allocation of water resources.The article takes Anyang High tech Industrial Park as an example to deeply analyze the water demand structure of the industrial park.Three different methods are used to predict the water demand,and through the rationality analysis of the prediction results,the most reliable water demand prediction method is determined in the water resource planning demonstration of the park.Through comprehensive analysis,it can be concluded that the quota method is the most suitable for the allocation of water resources in the park's planning and development.The 4 planned water demand for the park by 2030 is 515×10 m^(3)/a,4 and by 2040 it is 917×10 m^(3)/a.
