摘 要:当前许多兴建于20世纪小水库由于长期运行工程质量和防洪能力存在一定的风险。为了充分发挥水库的综合效益,特别是避免水库可能的事故风险,进行水库运行安全风险评估,对水库进行除险加固刻不容缓。结合三渡溪水库加固工程,对水库的工程地质问题、运行管理、防渗能力和结构安全进行风险评估,针对运行风险提出了相应的除险加固措施,并进行加固后的防渗和结构安全复核。Many small reservoirs built in the 20th century currently face certain risks in terms of engineering quality and flood control capacity due to long-term operation.In order to fully utilize the comprehensive benefits of the reservoir,especially to avoid potential accident risks,it is urgent to conduct a risk assessment of reservoir operation safety and reinforce the reservoir to eliminate risks.Based on the reinforcement project of Sanduxi Reservoir,this paper conducts a risk assessment of the geological problems,operational management,anti-seepage capacity,and structural safety of the reservoir.Corresponding risk mitigation and reinforcement measures are proposed for operational risks,and anti-seepage and structural safety reviews are conducted after reinforcement.
