文旅融合背景下的太行山特色小镇开发建设研究——以邢台市踏溪湖风情小镇总体规划为例

摘　　要：目前传统旅游业要锚定更高的发展目标,还要寻求实现新的经济增长点,其关键所在就是文旅融合,这已经成为时代发展的必然趋势。近年来,河北太行山区涌现出许多集文化和旅游为一体的特色小镇,它们有效促进了该区域乡村旅游的发展,传承并保护了地方民俗文化,还为推动发展休闲旅游经济提供了模范和样板。以文旅融合战略理论为指导,以邢台市踏溪湖风情小镇为例,在充分挖掘太行自然和人文资源的基础上对特色小镇建设进行实证分析,提出旅游观光型特色小镇的开发模式,探索其可持续发展对策。Nowadays,the traditional tourism is aiming for higher development goals and seeking new sources of economic growth.The key is the integration of culture and tourism,which has become the inevitable trend of the development of the times.In recent years,many characteristic towns that integrate culture and tourism have emerged in the Taihang Mountain area of Hebei Province,which have effectively promoted the development of rural tourism in this region,inherited and protected local ethnic culture,and have also provided models and examples for promoting the development of leisure tourism economy.Guided by the strategic theory of cultural and tourism integration,this paper takes Taxi Lake Style and Custom Town in Xingtai City as an example.Based on fully exploiting of the natural and cultural resources of Taihang,development mode of tourism characteristic town is put forward and strategies for their sustainable development are explored.
