摘  要:竣工测量是城市规划管理、智慧辅助决策的基础工作。随着智慧城市建设步伐的加快,通过传统全野外数字采集方法获取的二维竣工数据已难以满足新时代发展对基础数据三维化的要求。以某住宅项目为例,提出一种采用无人机航空倾斜摄影测量技术和实景三维建模技术、结合传统竣工测量技术的方法进行城市小区竣工测量的新方法。精度分析结果表明,可以有效提升测绘精度,得到良好的测绘成果。Final surveying is the basic work of urban planning management and intelligent decision-making assis-tance.With the acceleration of smart city construction,the two-dimensional final data obtained by the traditional field digital acquisition method has been difficult to meet the requirements of the development of the new era for the three-dimensional basic data.Taking a residential project as an example,this paper proposes a new method of urban community final surveying by using UAV aerial tilt photogrammetry technology and real 3D modeling technology,combined with the traditional completion survey technology.The accuracy analysis results show that this method can effectively improve the surveying and mapping accuracy and obtain good surveying and mapping results.
