摘 要:成套开关柜在应用过程中经常出现凝露现象,其容易腐蚀柜体、损坏绝缘件,甚至引发电路故障。因此,对成套开关柜凝露的成因展开了分析。分析结果表明,其主要受环境温湿度变化、开关柜通风不良等因素影响。针对相关因素,提出安装温湿度控制器、优化开关柜设计和引入半地下电缆层等解决措施,以期可以有效地减轻甚至消除凝露,更好地提升开关柜运行效率和安全性。The frequent occurrence of condensation in the application process of complete switchgears easy to cor-rode the gear,damage insulation components,and even cause circuit failures.Therefore,the causes of condensation in the complete switchgear were analyzed,mainly affected by factors such as changes in environmental temperature and humidity and poor ventilation of the switchgear.In response to relevant factors,it proposes solutions such as in-stalling temperature and humidity controllers,optimizing switchgear design,and introducing semi underground cable layers.It is expected to effectively reduce or even eliminate condensation,and better improve the efficiency and safety of switchgear operation.
