摘  要:分析了35 kV变压器线端交流耐压试验中出现的故障,结合试验过程、故障现象和设备参数,对故障原因进行了深入分析。通过故障分析,发现故障的主要原因是变压器内部绝缘缺陷,并提出了多项有针对性的整改措施,并通过复试验证了整改措施的有效性,确保了变压器运行的安全性,可为相关人员排查和解决故障提供宝贵的经验参考、为同类设备的维修和运行提供借鉴。This article analyzed the faults that occurred during the AC withstand voltage test of the 35 kV trans⁃former line end,combined with the test process,fault phenomena,and equipment parameters,it conducted an indepth analysis of the fault causes.By faultanalysis,it was found that the main cause of the faults was internal insula⁃tion defects in the transformer,and multiple targeted rectification measures were proposed.And the effectiveness of the rectification measures was verified through retesting,ensuring the safety of transformer operation.It can provide valuable experience and reference for relevant personnel to troubleshoot and solve the faults,and provides reference for the maintenance and operation of similar equipment.
