高电压穿越下的三电平逆变器中点电压控制方法研究

摘  要:在电网运行中,电压暂时性升高现象时有发生,如雷击、系统故障解除等都会引起电网电压的瞬时升高。为了确保接入电网的电力电子设备在电压异常时能够继续运行而不至于脱网,高电压穿越(High Voltage Ride-Through, HVRT)技术应运而生。此项技术要求逆变器等电力电子设备能够在短时间内承受高于额定值的电压,同时保证系统的稳定运行。通过分析基于三电平逆变器的工作原理与结构特点,阐述高电压穿越下中点电压偏移的原因,提出了一种适用于高电压穿越条件下的中点电压控制方法,希望能够为三电平逆变器在实际应用中的高效运行提供技术支持。In the operation of power grid,the phenomenon of temporary voltage rise sometimes occurs,such as lightning strike,system fault relief,etc.,will cause the instantaneous rise of power grid voltage.In order to ensure that power electronic devices connected to the grid can continue to operate without disconnecting from the grid in case of voltage anomalies,High Voltage Ride Through(HVRT)came into being.This technology requires that power electronic equipment such as inverters can withstand higher than the rated voltage in a short period of time and ensure the stable operation of the system.By analyzing the working principle and structural characteristics of three-level inverters,the causes of midpoint voltage deviation under HVRT are expounded,and a midpoint volt-age control method suitable for HVRT is proposed.It is hoped to provide technical support for the efficient opera-tion of three-level inverter in practical applications.
