摘　　要：管道等级表规定了管道、管件、法兰、垫片、紧固件等元件的材料、温度、压力、标准、尺寸规格等。高温气冷堆主蒸汽管道介质温度高、压力大,并且包括核安全级管道,与火电机组和压水堆相比,其对材料、标准的选用都有着更加严格的要求。以此管道系统为研究对象进行主蒸汽管道标准化等级研究,进而提出管道等级所应包含的主要内容及主要路线框架,并对管道等级关键技术、管道及组成件选用原则进行分析研究。The Pipe Class Table specifies the material,temperature,pressure,standard and size of pipes,fittings,flanges,gaskets,fasteners,etc.The medium temperature and pressure of the main steam pipe of a High-Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor(HTGR)are high,and includes nuclear safety grade pipelines.Compared with thermal power unit and Pressurized Water Reactor(PWR),the material and standard selection of main steam pipe for HTGR are more strict.In this paper,it takes the pipe system as the research objective to study the main steam pipeline standard-ization class,and then put forward the main content and main route frame of the pipe class,analyzes and studies the key technologies of pipe class as well as the selection principles of pipes and components.
