摘　　要：意定监护职责的内容主要包括被监护人生活照料、医疗看护、医疗决定、财产管理、监护监督,以及死后丧葬、遗体捐赠、诉讼维权等具体事项,既包括民事法律行为,也包括事实行为,但排除非法定赡养人的监护人对被监护人的赡养义务。应当允许当事人根据需要细化意定监护协议内容,充分发挥律师事务所(律师)在意定监护制度实施中的重要作用。The content of intended guardianship responsibilities mainly includes specific matters such as the care of the ward's daily life,medical care,medical decision-making,property management,guardianship supervision,as well as post-death funeral arrangements,body donation,and litigation for rights protection.It includes both civil legal acts and factual acts,but excludes the support obligation of the guardian who is not a legal supporter to the ward.The parties should be allowed to refine the content of the intended guardianship agreement as needed,and give full play to the important role of of law firms(lawyers)in the implementation of the intended guardianship system.
