摘 要:鉴于当前不同材料对涡流管内部流动特性的影响机制尚不清晰,采用CFD仿真研究5种涡流管管材(铜、铝、钢、PVC、木)对涡流管能量分离效应的影响。选用压缩空气作为工质,设置入口压力为0.1~0.5 MPa,冷流率为0.1,涡流管的L/D=16,采用Standardκ-ε模型对涡流管内的气体流动进行稳态数值模拟,获得不同材料、不同压力和不同粗糙度下的速度、压力及温度变化趋势。结果表明:金属材料的涡流管比非金属具有更高的温度梯度,且金属材料性能优于非金属材料,其性能由高到低依次为:铜、铝、钢、PVC、木;粗糙度升高,涡流管的制热性能增加,但制冷性能降低。In view of the unclear mechanism of the influence of different materials on the internal flow characteristics of vortex tube,the influence of five kinds of vortex tube(copper,aluminum,steel,PVC,wood)on the energy separation effect of vortex tube was studied by CFD simulation.Compressed air was used as the working fluid,the inlet pressure was set from 0.1 MPa to 0.5 MPa,the cold flow rate was set to be 0.1,and the L/D of the vortex tube was taken as 16,the steady-state numerical simulation of gas flow inside a vortex tube was carried out using the Standardκ-εmodel,and the variation trends of velocity,pressure,and temperature under different materials,pressures,and roughness were obtained.The results show that the metal vortex tube has a higher temperature gradient than the non-metal tube,and the metal material has better performance than the non-metal material,and its performance from high to low is:copper,aluminum,steel,PVC,wood;with the increase of roughness,the heating performance of vortex tube increases,but the cooling performance decreases.
