摘 要:铸造不锈钢零件在切削过程中容易产生变形和振动,导致表面粗糙、切削尺寸偏差大。为了解决这一问题,提出基于误差最小化的铸造不锈钢零件高速切削工艺方法研究。在数控机床的支持下,采用在线测量的方式测量铸造不锈钢零件数据,将数控机床测量的坐标值转换为零件表面实测点,获取合适的测量点完成对加工路径的规划,在此基础上通过粗加工和精加工结合的形式对铸造不锈钢零件进行高速切削处理,并以误差最小为目的对加工误差进行补偿处理。实验结果表明:提出的基于误差最小化的高速切削工艺方法加工误差小、精度高,零件表面质量高,该工艺方法的实用性得到了增强。Casting stainless steel parts are prone to deformation and vibration during the cutting process,resulting in rough surface and large deviation of cutting size.In order to solve this problem,a method of high speed cutting of cast stainless steel parts based on error minimization is proposed.With the support of CNC machine tool,the casting stainless steel parts data is measured by online measurement,the coordinate value measured by CNC machine tool is converted to the measured point on the surface of the part,and the appropriate measurement point is obtained to complete the planning of the machining path.On this basis,high-speed cutting processing is carried out on the casting stainless steel parts through the combination of roughing and finishing.In order to minimize the error,the processing error is compensated.The experimental results show that the proposed high speed cutting method based on error minimization has low machining error,high precision and high surface quality of parts,and the practicability of the method has been enhanced.
