摘　　要：高校办公室管理的自动化需考虑到安全性、可靠性和效率性等方面的综合因素,同时,需进行详细的系统架构设计,采用先进的技术手段确保系统的安全性和可靠性。因此,文章将从高校办公室管理自动化的概念出发,分析网络环境下高校办公室管理自动化的需求,并对高校办公室管理自动化系统总体、功能模块及系统界面进行设计,为网络环境下高校办公室管理自动化提供理论支持。In the era of rapid development of big data and Internet of Things technology,accelerating the digital con‐struction of hospital archive management to process digital archives more conveniently and securely has become an inevitable trend.At present,the digital construction of archives in county-level public hospitals faces issues such as in‐sufficient funding and a shortage of archive management talent.This paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions aimed at improving the level of archive management in county-level hospitals.
