“互联网+”背景下公安派出所业务档案信息化管理问题探讨

摘　　要：随着“互联网+”时代的到来,公安派出所业务档案的信息化管理已成为提升工作效率、保障信息安全的重要手段。然而,当前公安派出所业务档案信息化管理仍面临诸多挑战。针对当前存在的问题,结合当前档案信息化管理的实际情况,以及数字信息技术的优势提出包括强化技术保障、推动信息资源共享与整合、加强人员培训以及完善管理制度等措施在内的具体解决方案,以期为公安档案管理现代化提供参考。With the advent of the"Internet+"era,the informatization management of business archives in public secu‐rity police stations has become an essential means of enhancing work efficiency and ensuring information security.However,the current information management of these business archives still faces numerous challenges.In light of these issues,and considering the actual situation of current archive informatization management,this paper proposes specific solutions that leverage the advantages of digital information technology.These solutions include strengthen‐ing technical support,promoting information resource sharing and integration,enhancing personnel training,and im‐proving management systems.The aim is to provide references for the modernization of public security archive man‐agement.
