摘　　要：中核核电运行管理有限公司(以下简称秦山核电)大胆探索文档领域办公自动化模式,全力推进文档整体智治、高效协同,通过开发及应用基于人工智能技术的RPA文档机器人,聚焦文档业务痛点,实现文档智能化管理,提升企业的文档管理水平。同时,通过推动业务流程数字化与管理模式自动化,助推文档管理数字化转型,推动企业高质量发展。CNNC Nuclear Power Operations Management Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Qinshan Nuclear Power)boldly explores office automation in the area of document and archives and fully promotes the overall intelli‐gent governance and efficient collaboration of document and archives.Through the development and application of RPA(Robotic Process Automation)document robot based on AI technology,it focus on the sore point of document and archives business and improves the document and archives management to precisely sever production and pro‐vide internal driving force for independent innovation in nuclear power science and technology.Meanwhile,the high-quality enterprise development is promoted by digitization of business process and management model and digital transformation of document and archives management.
