摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,BIM技术在建筑工程管理中的应用日益广泛。基于BIM的建筑工程管理信息系统能提供更为高效、精确的管理解决方案,优化建筑项目的规划、设计、施工及运维全过程。文章基于BIM技术设计建筑工程管理信息系统,通过系统全局功能设计,考虑用户需求、数据处理、模型集成、流程自动化等多方面,实现对建筑工程项目全生命周期的管理。With the rapid development of information technology,the application of BIM technology in construction engineering management is becoming more and more extensive.BIM-based construction engineering management in‐formation system can provide more efficient and accurate management solutions to optimize the planning,design,construction and operation and maintenance of construction projects.Based on BIM technology,this paper designs the management information system of construction engineering,and realizes the management of the whole life cycle of construction engineering project through the global function design of the system,considering user demand,data processing,model integration,process automation and other aspects.
