文档一体化在高校档案信息化建设中的重要性分析

摘　　要：在信息化时代,高校开始尝试数字化校园建设,将信息技术引入教育和管理中,档案信息化建设得到推进。将文档一体化管理引入档案信息化建设中,可提高档案管理的信息化水平,实现档案资源的高度共享。文章结合相关概念,分析文档一体化在高校档案信息化建设中的重要性,并探讨基于文档一体化的高校档案信息化建设对策,以供参考。In the age of information technology,universities have started to experiment with the construction of digital campuses,introducing information technology into education and management,thereby advancing the informatization of archives.Integrating document management into the informatization of archives can enhance the level of informa‐tion management and achieve a high degree of sharing of archival resources.This paper,by combining relevant con‐cepts,analyzes the importance of document integration in the informatization of university archives and discusses strategies for the construction of university archives informatization based on document integration,providing a refer‐ence for such efforts.
