摘  要:针对高速轴承腔回流泵送密封启停阶段和高速状态不同的运转特性,对其全周期运转工况进行研究。应用有限元热流固耦合数值分析方法,建立高速轴承腔回流泵送密封分析模型,研究回流泵送密封的泄漏量、温度分布和端面变形在全运转周期转速内的变化情况;搭建高速轴承腔回流泵送密封试验台,得到其泄漏和温升情况并验证数值分析结果。结果表明:回流泵送密封可有效实现全运转周期的密封效果,其中低速运转时仅出现微量泄漏,高速运转时为零泄漏;动静环接触位置温度最高,端面外侧温度下降较快,低速运转时温升速率较快,达到临界开启转速时温度呈下降趋势;超过临界开启转速后,随转速继续增加温度缓慢上升,高速运转温度低于低转速情况;动静环端面内侧变形较大,动环变形量大于静环,端面变形随转速变化趋势与随温度变化趋势类似,高速运转下端面变形小于低转速下。研究结论为高速轴承腔回流泵送密封的分析与试验提供参考。The full-cycle operation of the high speed bearing cavity return pumping seal was studied for its different operating characteristics in the start-stop phase and high-speed condition.The finite element thermal-hydraulic-solid coupling numerical analysis method was used to establish the analytical model of the high speed bearing cavity return pumping seal,and the leakage,temperature distribution and end face deformation of the return pumping seal in the full-cycle speed were studied.A high-speed bearing cavity return pump seal test bench was built,its leakage and temperature rise were obtained,and numerical analysis results were verified.The results show that the return pumping seal can effectively achieve the sealing effect of the full operating cycle,with only a trace of leakage at low speed operation,and zero leakage at high speed operation.The temperature at the contact position between the dynamic and static rings is the highest,and the temperature on the outer side of the end face decreases rapidly.When running at low speed,the temperature rises rapidly,and when reaching the critical opening speed,the temperature shows a downward trend.After exceeding the critical opening speed,the temperature slowly rises as the speed continues to increase,and the temperature at high speed operation is lower than that at low speed operation.The deformation on the inner side of the dynamic and static ring end face is larger,and the deformation of the dynamic ring is larger than that of the static ring.The trend of the end face deformation with speed is similar to that with temperature,and the deformation of the end face during high speed operation is smaller than that during low speed operation.The research conclusion provides reference for the analysis and testing of high speed bearing cavity return pumping seal.
