摘  要:对水润滑轴承超长时间磨损后的特性变化进行研究,分析转速、载荷、运行时间对高分子复合材料水润滑轴承摩擦性能的影响规律。通过跑合、低速启停、低速连续运行、高速启停、高速连续运行等项目,累计运行时间达到600 h,分析超长运行时间对高分子复合材料水润滑轴承摩擦因数和磨损量的影响。研究发现:高分子复合材料水润滑轴承的摩擦因数随着运行时间的推移逐渐减小并趋于稳定;在初始试验阶段,水润滑轴承的磨损量逐渐增大,随着试验时长的延长,水润滑轴承的摩擦副得以充分磨合,磨损速率逐渐趋于稳定;超长磨损时间会引起高分子复合材料水润滑轴承摩擦因数的波动,并且会导致轴承磨损量逐渐增加,但在稳定磨损阶段,摩擦因数和磨损量趋于稳定。To study the characteristic changes of water lubricated bearings after ultra-long time wear,the influence law of rotational speed,load and running time on the friction performance of water lubricated bearings made of polymer composites was analyzed.Through running in,low-speed start and stop,low-speed continuous operation,high-speed start and stop,high-speed continuous operation and other projects,the cumulative running time reached 600 h.The influence of ultra-long running time on the friction coefficient and wear of polymer composite water lubricated bearings was analyzed.It is found that the friction coefficient of polymer composite water lubricated bearings gradually decreases and tends to stabilize with the increase of running time.In the preliminary test stage,the wear amount of water lubricated bearings gradually increases,and with the increase of test time,the full running-in of the friction pair of the water lubricated bearing is realized,and the wear rate tends to stabilize.Excessive wear time can cause fluctuations in the friction coefficient of polymer composite water lubricated bearings,and lead to a gradual increase in bearing wear.However,in the stable wear stage,the friction coefficient and wear tend to stabilize.
