摘 要:接触压力和润滑油膜是影响液压系统往复密封性能的关键因素,但目前缺少对密封部位油膜厚度进行直接测量的方法。为实现液压缸实际工作过程中活塞杆密封润滑油膜厚度的实时监测,利用超声波测量技术穿透性强、准确的优点,结合弹簧模型计算,对往复密封圈油膜厚度进行测量计算,并通过设计试验装置验证了其效果。通过Ansys仿真分析证明了液压缸活塞杆密封圈在往复运动过程中的油膜厚度范围在超声波弹簧模型的适用范围之内,并验证了弹簧模型在钢-油膜-聚氨酯弹性体三层结构中测量结果的有效性。提出一种在液压缸实际工作状态下进行活塞杆密封油膜厚度测量的方法,为后续对往复密封油膜厚度进行深入研究提供了可行的方案。The contact pressure and lubricating oil film are the key factors affecting the reciprocating sealing performance of the hydraulic system,but there is still limited research on direct measurement of the oil film thickness on the surface of reciprocating seals.In order to realize the real-time monitoring of the lubricating oil film thickness of the piston rod seal during the actual working process of the hydraulic cylinder,by using the advantages of strong penetration and accuracy of ultrasonic measurement technology,combined with spring model calculation,the oil film thickness of the reciprocating seal ring was measured and calculated.Its effectiveness was verified through the design of experimental devices.Through ANSYS simulation analysis,it is proved that the oil film thickness range of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod seal ring in the reciprocating process is within the application range of the ultrasonic spring model,and the validity of the spring model in the three-layer structure of steel-oil film-polyurethane elastomer is verified.A method for measuring the oil film thickness of piston rod seals under actual working conditions of hydraulic cylinders was proposed,which provides a feasible solution for further research on the oil film thickness of reciprocating seals.
