摘 要:受离心泵的振动、受力不均,泵抽空或汽蚀导致的干摩擦磨损,以及固体颗粒等的影响,离心泵中的机械密封容易失效。基于磁性液体密封零泄漏、长寿命、低摩擦损耗、自洁净等优点,提出一种离心泵磁性液体密封和螺旋密封的组合密封装置。首先设计并比较3种磁性液体密封磁回路结构,结果表明,通过增加隔磁环组成多个短回路能够提高密封间隙处的磁场强度差总和,进而提高磁性液体密封结构的耐压能力。在未注入磁性液体的情况下对提出的组合密封装置的耐压能力进行仿真分析,并与文献报道的磁性液体-螺旋组合密封结构进行比较。结果表明,提出的组合密封装置在轴向长度减小40%的情况下耐压能力提高38.81%,并且在实际设计中可调整螺旋密封副与磁性液体密封副间的配合参数,进一步优化整体密封性能。Due to the influence of centrifugal pump vibration,uneven force distribution,dry friction and wear caused by pump suction or cavitation,as well as the influence of solid particles,the mechanical seal in centrifugal pump is prone to failure.Based on the advantages of zero leakage,long service life,low friction loss,and self-cleaning of magnetic fluid seals,a combined sealing device of magnetic fluid seal and spiral seal for centrifugal pump was proposed.The magnetic circuit structures of three types of magnetic fluid sealing were designed and compared.It is found that by adding magnetic isolation rings and forming multiple short circuits,the sum of the magnetic field intensity difference at the sealing gap can be increased,thereby improving the pressure resistance of the magnetic fluid seal structure.The pressure resistance of the proposed combined seal device without injecting magnetic fluid was simulated and analyzed,and the simulation results were compared with those of the publicly available combined sealing structure of magnetic fluid seal and spiral seal.The results show that the pressure resistance of the combined seal device is increased by 38.81%when the axial length is reduced by 40%.And in actual design,the fitting parameters between the spiral seal pair and the magnetic fluid seal pair can be adjusted to further optimize the overall seal performance.
