摘　　要：在当今知识经济时代,知识生产模式理论对高等教育教学改革具有导向作用。该理论强调知识生产并非单一学科的封闭性活动,而是需要跨学科合作、实践应用和创新驱动,对高校人才培养工作的实施产生各种实质性的影响。然而受各方面现实因素的影响,当前地方行业特色型高校在人才培养方面正面临着一系列问题,如人才培养质量下降、知识生产活动受限、人才培养目标定位不准等。为更好地解决这些问题,促进地方行业特色型高校人才培养质量的提升,高校需要在知识生产模式理论的指导下,剖析人才培养工作中的问题及成因,进而创新育人理念、明晰育人目标、优化育人规划。In today's knowledge economy era,the theory of knowledge production mode plays an important guiding role in the reform of higher education teaching.This theory emphasizes that knowledge production is not a closed activity of a single discipline,but requires interdisciplinary cooperation,practical application,and innovation,which has various substantive impacts on the talent cultivation in universities.However,due to various practical factors,local universities with industry characteristics are currently facing a series of problems in talent cultivation,such as declining quality of talent cultivation,limited knowledge production activities,and inaccurate positioning of talent cultivation goals.In order to better address these issues and improve the quality of talent cultivation in local universities with industry characteristics,they need to carefully review the shortcomings in past talent cultivation work under the guidance of knowledge production mode theory,and then adopt correct and advanced educational concepts,formulate clear and explicit educational goals,and launch more adaptive educational plans.
