摘  要:现代产业学院作为教育、科技、人才一体推进、协同发展的重要平台,需要主动把准时代脉动,瞄准新质生产力,不断地完善育人机制,积极构建“四链”融合的政产学研用创新格局。文章基于耗散结构视角,研究了现代产业学院育人系统的开放性、远离平衡态、非线性与涨落机制,分析了现代产业学院育人体系的弊端,提出并建立了能量输入、资源互补、“四链”融合以及监督评价反馈等机制,以高素质创新人才培育为新质生产力发展增势赋能。As an important platform for the integrated promotion and coordinated development of education, technology and talent, modern industrial colleges should actively keep up with the times, target new quality productive forces, continuously improve the education mechanism, and actively build an innovative pattern of "four chain" integration of government, production, education, research, and application. From the perspective of dissipative structure, this article studies the openness, far-from-equilibrium, nonlinear interaction and fluctuation mechanism of the education system in modern industrial colleges, and analyzes the deficiencies of the education system in modern industrial colleges. Then it proposes and establishes energy input mechanisms, resource complementary mechanisms, "four chain" integration mechanisms and supervision-evaluation feedback mechanisms to empower the advancement of new quality productive forces through the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents.
