摘　　要：对一起220 kV变压器外油式金属波纹储油柜油位反复异常事件进行分析。基于外油式金属波纹储油柜的结构和工作原理,探讨了其油位异常的常见原因。通过精确红外测温、油色谱试验以及停电检查,明确了油位反复异常的原因为储油柜芯体破损,并在此过程中总结出了分析处理此类异常的经验,为类似储油柜油位异常的诊断与处理提供参考。An incident of recurrent abnormal oil level of an external oil-immersed metal corrugated oil conservator of a 220 kV transformer is analyzed.Based on the structure and working principle of the external oil-immersed metal corrugated oil conserva⁃tor,the common causes of abnormal oil levels are explored.Through precise infrared temperature measurement,oil chromatograph test,and inspection during power cut,it is confirmed that the cause of recurrent abnormal oil level is the rupture of the oil conser⁃vator’s core body.The experience of analyzing and handling such abnormalities is summarized during this process,providing refer⁃ence for the diagnosis and treatment of similar conserver's oil level abnormalities.
