摘　　要：针对电力企业桌面终端与外设运维工作面临的挑战,探索桌面终端与外设一体化运维模式。全面梳理桌面终端与外设运维流程,结合最新的人工智能技术和先进的低代码开发平台,建立协同新流程、拓展服务新形式、制定服务新规范,建设桌面终端与外设一体化运维平台,实现了“一站式服务,全方位赋能”的一体化运维目标,不仅提高了用户满意度,而且降低了运维成本。The integrated operation and maintenance mode of desktop terminals and peripherals is explored to cope with the chal⁃lenges faced by the operation and maintenance of desktop terminals and peripherals in electric power enterprises.The operation and maintenance process of desktop terminals and peripherals is comprehensively sorted out,combining with the latest artificial intelligence technology and advanced low-code development platform,to establish the new collaborative process,expand the new service form,formulate the new service specification,build the integrated operation and maintenance platform of desktop termi⁃nals and peripherals,realizing the integrated operation and maintenance goal of“one-stop service,all-round enabling”,which not only improves the user satisfaction,but also reduces the operation and maintenance cost.
