磁电治疗+手法按摩治疗盆底肌筋膜综合征患者盆底功能、疼痛程度的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究在对盆底肌筋膜综合征患者治疗期间开展磁电治疗+手法按摩治疗对于患者盆底功能以及疼痛程度的影响。方法在2021年4月至2023年4月本院收治盆底肌筋膜综合征患者中选择100例为对象,数字随机排序划分对照组(50例,盆底磁电刺激治疗)和观察组(50例,开展磁电治疗+手法按摩治疗)。对比两组患者盆底功能,疼痛程度,Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度,症状改善用时。结果治疗后观察组慢肌平均肌电值、快肌最大肌电值、静息平均肌电值、后静息平均肌电值均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后3、5、7 d观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度,观察组疲劳度低于对照组(P<0.05)。针对两组患者在恢复过程中盆底疼痛、排尿困难、压力性尿失禁改善用时进行统计,观察组用时均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在对盆底肌筋膜综合征患者治疗期间开展磁电治疗+手法按摩治疗,可以改善患者盆底功能,并缓解患者疼痛程度和症状,有助于患者进行恢复。Objective To explore the effects of magnetoelectric therapy combined with manual massage therapy on pelvic floor function and pain level in patients with pelvic floor myofascial syndrome during treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients with pelvic floor myofascial syndrome admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(50 cases,pelvic floor magnetic electric stimulation therapy)and an observation group(50 cases,treated with magnetic electric therapy+manual massage therapy)using a numerical table.Compare the improvement of pelvic floor function,pain level,fatigue of typeⅠandⅡmuscle fibers,and time taken for symptom improvement between two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the observation group’s slow muscle mean EMG value,fast muscle maximum EMG value,resting mean EMG value,and post resting mean EMG value were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3,5 and 7 d after treatment(all P<0.05).The fatigue of classⅠandⅡmuscle fibres after treatment was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The time taken to improve pelvic floor pain,dysuria,and stress urinary incontinence in the recovery process of the two groups of patients was counted,and the time taken in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions During the treatment of patients with pelvic floor myofascial syndrome,magnetoelectric therapy combined with manual massage can improve pelvic floor function,alleviate pain levels and symptoms,aid in patient recovery.
