阿托伐他汀联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析高血压合并冠心病患者实施阿托伐他汀联合氨氯地平治疗的效果。方法本研究选取了2021年1月至2023年12月期间厦门市湖里区金山街道社区卫生服务中心收治的80例高血压合并冠心病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组采用氨氯地平和观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合氨氯地平,对两组的总有效率、治疗前后24 h平均舒张压(24 h DBP)、24 h平均收缩压(24 h SBP)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)水平、血脂水平、不良反应发生率进行对比分析。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组24 h DBP、24 h SBP水平和颈动脉内膜IMT水平均低于对照组且观察组更低(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀和氨氯地平联合治疗可有效改善血脂、颈动脉内膜IMT水平和血压控制,且不良反应较少。Objective To analyze the efficacy of combined treatment with atorvastatin and amlodipine in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods In this study,80 patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease admitted to Jinshan Street Community Health Service Center,Huli District,Xiamen from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group using amlodipine and observation group using atorvastatin combined with amlodipine according to random number table method.The total effective rate,24 hours mean diastolic blood pressure(24 hours DBP)before and after treatment,24 hours mean systolic blood pressure(24 hours SBP),carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)level,blood lipid level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups Results Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triacylglycerol(TG)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24 hours DBP,24 hours SBP and carotid intimal IMT levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Combined treatment with atorvastatin and amlodipine can effectively improve blood lipid,carotid IMT level and blood pressure control,and the adverse reactions are less.
