血清25-羟维生素D3、铁蛋白水平与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析血清25-羟维生素D_(3)[25-(OH)D_(3)]、铁蛋白(SF)水平与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的相关性。方法选取2022年7月至2023年7月在本院产科门诊进行产检的167例GDM患者为研究组,另选取同期166名正常妊娠孕妇为对照组。比较两组血清25-(OH)D_(3)、SF、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)水平,采用Pearson分析25-(OH)D_(3)、SF水平与FPG、FIns的相关性。结果与对照组相比,研究组25-(OH)D_(3)、SF水平较低(均P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组血清FPG、FIns水平较高(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示,血清25-(OH)D_(3)、SF水平分别与FPG、FIns水平呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论血清25-(OH)D_(3)、SF水平变化与GDM的发生发展密切相关,可作为临床判断病情发生的辅助指标。Objective To analyze the correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3)[25-(OH)D_(3)]and serum ferritin(SF)levels and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 167 patients with GDM who underwent antenatal examination in the obstetric clinic of our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study group,and 166 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group.Serum levels of 25-(OH)D_(3),SF,fasting blood glucose(FPG)and fasting insulin(FIns)were compared between the two groups,and 25-(OH)D_(3),SF correlations with FPG and FIns were analyzed by Pearson.Results Compared with the control group,25-(OH)D_(3) and SF levels were lower in the study group(both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,serum FPG and FIns levels were higher in the study group(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that serum 25-(OH)D_(3) and SF levels were negatively correlated with FPG and FIns levels,respectively(both P<0.05).Conclusions The changes of serum 25-(OH)D_(3) and SF levels are closely related to the occurrence and development of GDM,and can be used as auxiliary indicators to judge the progression of the disease.
