等离子辅助下腺样体扁桃体切除术对儿童鼾症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究等离子辅助下腺样体扁桃体切除术对儿童鼾症的疗效。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月我院112例儿童鼾症患者,随机数字表法分组,各56例。对照组采取传统腺样体扁桃体切除术,观察组给予等离子辅助下腺样体扁桃体切除术,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组手术及住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量,术后3 d的面部疼痛评分以及术后并发症总发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。术后两组呼吸紊乱指数、最低血氧、平均血氧饱和度指标均优于术前(均P<0.05)。术后,观察组睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、日间功能障碍评分均低于对照组,活力状况、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在鼾症儿童之中,给予等离子辅助下腺样体扁桃体切除术,安全性高,利于提升其睡眠质量与生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of plasma-assisted adenoidal tonsillectomy in children.Methods A total of 112 children with snoring in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into 56 cases.The control group took traditional adenoid tonsillectomy,and the observation group received plasma-assisted adenoidal tonsillectomy to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The operation and hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding,facial pain score at 3 d postoperatively and the total incidence of postoperative complications were lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Postoperative respiratory disorder index,minimum blood oxygen,and average blood oxygen saturation indexes were better than preoperative in both groups(all P<0.05).After surgery,the observation group had lower scores for sleep disturbance,sleep efficiency,sleep duration,and daytime dysfunction than the control group,and higher scores for vitality status,physiological function,emotional function,and social function(all P<0.05).Conclusions In the children with snoring disease,the plasma-assisted adenoid tonsillectomy is safe to improve their sleep quality and life quality.
